Steve Jobs The Apple Creator has Died Today

After fighting the illness so many years, the former CEO and founder of Apple Inc.Steve Jobs, finally dies on Wednesday (5 / 10). He left the world forever at the age of 56 years.Sad news was conveyed by the Apple.

“We are very sad to announce that Steve Jobs passed away today,” said a statement from the Board of Directors of Apple in the BusinessWire.

Steven Paul Jobs (February 24, 1955 – October 5, 2011) was an American computer entrepreneur and inventor.In the late 1970s, Jobs, with Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, Mike Markkula,and others, designed, developed, and marketed one of the first commercially successful lines of personal computers, the Apple II series.

As is known,Jobs experienced health problems and look thinner since the mid-2000s.He was treated for pancreatic cancer and underwent a liver transplant in 2009.He had to take a sabbatical from the company.Jobs eventually chose to resign as CEO in August 2011.

Jobs’ death was announced by Apple in a statement late on Wednesday.

The Silicon Valley icon who gave the world the iPod and the iPhone resigned as CEO of the world’s largest technology corporation in August, handing the reins to current chief executive Tim Cook.

Jobs, who fought a rare form of pancreatic cancer, was deemed the heart and soul of a company that rivals Exxon Mobil as the most valuable in America.
